How do I order?


AFTER RECEIPT OF YOUR INVOICE, PLEASE MAIL US YOUR PROOF OF PAYMENT (TO INFO@SAYITCREATIVE.CO.ZA) FOR US TO CONFIRM YOUR ORDER AS ACTIVE AND TO SCHEDULE YOUR GOODIES TO BE READY BY THE TIME YOU NEED THEM BY. CONCEPTS WILL BE SENT BEFORE ANY ITEM IS PRINTED.
SAY IT CREATIVE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SPELLING MISTAKES OR ANY PICTURE MISTAKES – IT IS EACH CLIENT’S RESPONSIBILITY TO DOUBLE CHECK ALL THE DESIGN PROOFS.




TERMS AND CONDITIONS


THE FULL AMOUNT INVOICED WILL BE PAYABLE ON PLACING OF ORDER BEFORE CONCEPTS AND DESIGNS WILL BE ISSUED.
PLEASE NOTE, IF AN ORDER IS CANCELLED BEFORE THE DELIVERY OF GOODS A REASONABLE CANCELLATION FEE OF 30% WILL BE CHARGED TAKING INTO CONSIDERATION ALL RELEVANT FACTORS.
I WILL NOT CLAIM A REFUND OR REMEDY AND I ACCEPT FULL RESPONSIBILITY SHOULD THE GOODS BE DAMAGED DUE TO MISUSE, ABUSE, OR ANY NEGLECT FORM MY SIDE TO ADHERE TO ANY USER AND WARNING INSTRUCTIONS. I DO HOWEVER ACCEPT, THAT SHOULD THE GOODS HAVE A DEFECT, I WILL IMMEDIATELY INFORM THE SUPPLIER WITHIN 2 WORKING DAYS.




How long does my order take?


PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT OUR PRODUCT(S) TAKE A MINIMUM OF 10-15 WORKING DAYS TO PRODUCE FROM DATE OF PAYMENT. A deadline will be added when chect out - special arrangements can be made - chat to us about your deadline.
WORKING HOURS ARE WEEKDAYS 8-5.




How do I personalize my items?


After POP our designer will be in contact for your photo's, text, design ideas and concepts. You will then receive a design proof before your items go to production. Designs take up to 2 days to receive.




Shipping?


Items are sent via the Courier Guy - you will receive your tracking number to track your parcel.
